| | More Information about the FALCON 900B Aircraft | | In 1991, Dassault Aviation introduced the 900B model with its improved -5BR engines; each having 250 lbs. more thrust than the -5AR engines of the 900 model. This was in response to criticism that the 900 model was a bit underpowered on takeoff and particularly in "hot and high" conditions. A modification upgrade to -5BR status was also offered for the -5AR engines on the 900 model. This aircraft can be RVSM certified when service bulletin SB-186 is complied with. |  |
